Max Made Our Sri Lanka Trip Amazing
We had an unforgettable experience with Max! From the moment we met him, it was clear how passionate he is about Sri Lanka. Despite only having one day in Kandy, he made it incredibly meaningful. We visited a homestay in the countryside, got a real feel for village life and enjoyed a mesmerizing cultural dance performance. Max even drove us all the way to Colombo to catch our flight—talk about going above and beyond! His knowledge, warmth and hospitality made our trip truly special. Grand Tour 14 days with our amazing guide Max Walker!!!
I recently returned from a 5 week trip of Sri Lanka and the Maldives. This included a 14 day tour around Sr Lanka with our fantastic guide Max Walker. The country of Sri Lanka is beautiful. Max went over and above to ensure we had amazing experiences. He was a very experinced driver so we alway felt safe, he added his own touch to ensure we got to have experiences that were unique, he always looked out for our well being, and had a wealth of knowledge about the country. I came away from his tour with a love for the people and the culture of Sri Lanka along with some newly made friends. Thank You Max for showing the real beauty of Sri Lanka. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide
Max took us on a guided sunrise hike around Horton Plains as our guide wasn't well that day. Max was very knowledgeable about the park and surrounding areas and was great at spotting wildlife and knew all the names of the trees and flowers we walked past or asked questions about. Horton Plains - March 2026

Great experiences in Sri Lanka!
One old friend, 3 new friends, a wonderful guide in Max , a great 2 week itinerary all added up to an amazing 14 days in Sri Lanka! I really believe our wonderful time was made an experience which won't be forgotten was mostly due to Max. Sri Lanka is an incredible country with such a variety of cultural, physical, with natural & wildlife beauty it really is important to have a trusted person as a guide. In addition to us always feeling safe (whether in the van, crossing traffic as a pedestrian or hiking) Max was a pleasure to be around. His sense of humour , knowledge of his country, and his hope for the future was always easily communicated and appreciated. All the best Max! 2-day trip in the nuckles
Originally we planned to do a 3-day tour directly in the nuckles, but because of the cyclone it was replanned to combine two 1-day tours The first one targeted some stunning waterfalls and for the second day we visited the Heeloya Villega to learn about the culture, flora and fauna of Sri Lanka For a sleepover a very cosy stay at the Seattle Knuckles cabana was arranged for us Max himself is a very kind persons and we had a very fun time together Thank you very much

Pekoe Trail with a nice guide
Today we Made the First of the Pekoe Trail with a very Sympathic and well educated man named saliya! We have had fantastic Weather for this Walk and saliya made us learn a lot about the Environment, the Land, the plants and all the things that are Important and Useful in Sri Lanka!
